Base Class: Ranger
Aerialists look for the high ground in combat, leaping around enemies and striking them down. Aerialists use a combination of flips, somersaults, jumps to create a fluid dance across the battlefield.
Inspired and based on Astromancer's Aerialist.
Graceful Leap
3rd-level Aerialist Feature
When you choose this archetype, your jumping becomes as much about acrobatic agility as it is about brute athletics. You can use your Dexterity or Strength score when determining your jump distance and can use Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) when making checks related to jumping.
Additionally, as a bonus action, you can leap past your limit. You can spend a bonus action to leap up to your full jumping distance. You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.
At 7th level, your Strength and Dexterity score are doubled when calculating your jump distance. At 11th level your Strength and Dexterity score are tripled instead.
Vaulting Volley
3rd-level Aerialist Feature
You can jump and attack with ferocity. Once per turn when you hit a creature with weapon attack, during or immediately after a jump of at least 10ft, it takes an extra 1d6 damage.
Gymnastics
7th-level Aerialist Feature
You become a master of leaping and agility. You gain proficiency in the Athletics or Acrobatics skills. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses the skill you picked.
In addition, you take no falling damage from heights of equal to or less than 2 x your Strength or Dexterity score (whichever is higher). This increases to 3 times at 11th level.
Acrobatics
Acrobatics Expertise

Athletics Expertise
Supernatural Stunts
11th-level Aerialist Feature
You leap into the supernatural, pushing off the very air to move further and empower your strikes. You can use Graceful Leap in mid-air.
Additionally, when you use Vaulting Volley while mid-air from Graceful Leap, its extra damage increases to 3d6, and you can force your target to make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you can either knock them Prone or push them back up to 10 feet.
Lord of the Leap
15th-level Aerialist Feature
You have ascended to the rank of a true Jumplomancer. If you start combat with no remaining charges of Graceful Leap, you gain 1 charge.
In addition, you gain the ability to control yourself in mid-air. While in mid-air you can change your direction laterally a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up). Your changes cannot affect the total horizontal distance you travel.
