Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Treasure Hunters have an eye for riches and valuables. They love to seek out opportunities to find any type of treasure, especially if it's legendary.

Treasure Sense

At 3rd level, your knack for finding hidden wealth and valuable items is uncanny. You gain proficiency in the Investigation skill. Additionally, when you make an Investigation check to find hidden or concealed items, you can add your Sneak Attack damage to the check.

Cunning Appraiser

At 9th level, you become exceptionally skilled at appraising the value of treasures. You can quickly assess the worth of gems, jewelry, art, and other valuable items. When you make an Intelligence check to determine the value of a treasure or art object, your proficiency bonus is doubled for that check.

Loot Mastery

Starting at 13th level, you have an uncanny ability to find and exploit weaknesses in opponents. When you hit a creature with a melee attack or ranged attack using a finesse or ranged weapon, you can use your Sneak Attack even if you don't have advantage on the attack roll, but not if you have disadvantage on it. Additionally, your Sneak Attack damage increases to 5d6.

Fortune's Favor

At 17th level, you seem to have the favor of fortune when it comes to finding treasures. When you make an ability check or saving throw that involves finding, uncovering, or identifying valuable items, you can add a d12 to the roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once), and you regain expended uses after finishing a long rest.

Driver

Starting at 3rd level, you realize the need for efficient mobility. You gain proficiency in both land and water vehicles.
