A veteran fighter with skills in multiple styles.

Focus

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn abilities that are fueled by your focus points.

 

Focus.  you start with your level focus on short and long rests and have a max of double your level focus.

Saving Throws. Some of your abilities require your target to make a saving throw to resist the effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:

Focus save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Constitution modifier (your choice)

Focus Abilities

The abilities are presented in alphabetical order. Damage dealt with focus abilities do not generate focus.

Double strike

Requires Berserker stance and duel wielding.

as part of you attack action and 1 focus you may replace one of your attacks with an attack from your main weapon and your off hand weapon.

Revenge

Any stance.

After taking damage from a melee attack you may use 2 focus to make a free reaction and make one melee attack against them.

Shield Bash

Must be in Defensive stance and have a shield equipped.

When an enemy casts a spell within 5ft of you. you may spend a reaction and 3 focus to bash the target. the target takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage and must succeed a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or the spell is countered.

Taunt

Must be in Defensive stance.

as a bonus action you may target an enemy within 30ft that you can see. that enemy has disadvantage on all attacks not made against you until the start of your next turn.

Battle Stance

At 3rd level, you gain battle stance. you can switch stances as a bonus action. in battle stance you gain one focus every time you take or deal damage.

Defensive Stance

you gain the defensive stance. you can switch stances as a bonus action. while in defensive stance you gain 1 focus every time you take damage. additionally, all damage taken is reduced by your proficiency bonus damage.

Berserker stance

At 7th level you gain the berserker stance. you can switch stances with a bonus action. in berserker stance you gain one focus every time you take or deal damage. additionally, you take and deal additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus. while in berserker stance you have a +5 to initiative.
