Base Class: Barbarian
A raging Half-Orc launches himself at his enemy, bringing his axe down upon them. As he does this, a dark, crimson aura surrounds him as he coughs blood, strengthening his attack and allowing him to slay his opponent in an instant. A bloodthirsty Dragonborn pierces themself with a dagger, causing their enemy to drop dead in response. These warriors are Barbarians that follow the Path of the Blood-Fuelled, Barbarians that sacrifice their own life force and cursed blood to enhance their abilities and defeat their enemies. Barbarians that follow this path often live short lives, however, they are almost all filled with glory.
No Pain, No Gain
Beginning at 3rd level when you adopt this path, you undergo a ritual that permanently curses your blood, granting you access to a pool of dice known as “Blood Dice”. These dice take on the form of a d6 at 3rd level, a d8 at 6th level, a d10 at 10th level and a d12 at 14th level. Once per turn, when making a melee attack, you can spend one of your Blood Dice to enhance your attack by sacrificing HP. You deal a bonus amount of Necrotic Damage equal to the result of the roll and take Necrotic Damage equal to half of the result of the roll, rounded up. You have an amount of Blood Dice equal to your level in Barbarian, which replenish after a long rest.
Unholy Curse
Also beginning at 3rd level, healing spells are less effective due to your unholy cursed blood. As a reaction to somebody healing you with a healing spell, you must roll one blood die, subtracting the number rolled from the amount of HP you heal. (min. HP recovered = 1)
Life Absorption
Beginning at 6th level, you can now heal yourself whenever you mortally wound or kill an opponent. When entering rage, you can spend one Blood Die to replenish an amount of HP equal to the roll. Additionally, when raging, if you reduce a creature to 0 HP, you heal 2d6 HP.
Hardened Blood
Beginning at 10th level, as a bonus action, you can spend one of your Blood Die to gain temporary HP equal to the result of the roll.
Necrotic Vengeance
Beginning at 10th level, whenever you would take damage from a damage type that would draw blood (e.g. Piercing, Slashing, etc.), as a reaction, you can spend one Blood Die to deal Necrotic damage to the creature that hit you. The creature takes Necrotic damage equal to half the result of the roll, rounded down.
Mirrored Suffering
Beginning at 14th level, as an action, you can spend 2 of your Blood Die to curse a target within 30 feet of you. You can curse only one creature at a time. Whenever you would take damage, the cursed creature takes Necrotic damage equal to half of the damage that you took. The curse ends whenever a cursed creature would drop to 0 hit points. Attempting to curse another creature while Mirrored Suffering is already active causes the first curse to end and be transferred to the other creature, however, this still costs 2x Blood Dice.

This is because I am JoeMama42042042042069, however I lost my original account so I’m uploading the update on here.
