Adept Autopsy
Through your training and learning of inner body structure, you can use this to both harm and heal. At third level, you gain the ability to harm a creature through the use of pressure points. Whenever you take the flurry of blows bonus action, you can take a -5 to the attack roll or rolls(You may choose one or both and must choose before rolling). If you hit, you deal an extra 10 psychic damage.
In addition, you gain proficiency in medical supplies and Medicine checksif you aren't already. At 12 level, you may double your proficiency bonus on all medical supplies and medicine checks.
Extract Aspects
You can learn quite a bit about an enemy through simple taps. Beginning at 6th level, whenever you hit with an unarmed strike, you may choose to deal 1 damage and spend a ki point instead of the actual damage. If you do, you learn the creature's vulnerabilities, resistances, immunities, as well as two saving throw bonuses of your choice.
Knockout Punch
You have learned the particular points that can cause a person to lose consciousness. At 11th level, whenever you hit an enemy with a critical hit, you may spend a ki point to attempt to knock them out. They must make a constitution saving throw or fall unconscious for 2d4 hours.
Go for the Throat
At 17th level, you can forcibly remove the esophagus from your foe's throat. Whenever you score a critical hit on a stunned or unconscious creature, you may spend 5 ki points to rip out the throat. Make a wisdom check DC 24. If you succeed the target automatically dies. You can only use this ability once per long rest.
