They harness the essence of the Phoenix, invoking flames that both purify and bring forth new beginnings. These paladins see themselves as agents of transformation and guardians of hope in the face of destruction.

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.

Blessing Of The Phoenix: As an action, you can evoke healing flames in a 30-foot radius around you. 4 creatures of your choice within this radius regain hit points equal to your Paladin level + your Charisma modifier. Additionally,  if a chosen creature is dying within the area, it stabilizes and gains hit points equal to half your Paladin level (rounded down).

Phoenix Blade: You can unleash the fiery wrath of the Phoenix. As a bonus action, your weapon ignites with magical flames for 1 minute. Your attacks deal an extra 2d6 fire damage, and any hostile creature that hits you with a melee attack during this time takes fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier.

Aura of Ashes

Starting at 7th level, You ignite the flame of the Phoenix within creatures nearby. While you’re not incapacitated, you and creatures of your choice within {{scalevalue}} ft. of you have resistance to fire damage and regain 3d6 hit points if they start their turn within the aura.

When you reach 18th level in this class, the aura affects creatures within 30 feet of you.

Screeching Firehawk

At 15th level, you can call on the force of the Phoenix as a reaction whenever a creature moves into or out of your reach. The creature takes 2d12 fire damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be knocked prone.

Burning Soul Of The Firebird

At 20th level, you learn to channel the spirit of the Phoenix to briefly become a warrior of the mythical firebird. As an action, you embrace the burning flames deep within you to gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • You have advantage on Strength and Constitution checks and gain a flight speed equal to your walking speed.
  • If you are within 5 ft. of a creature, you have advantage on attack rolls against that creature.
  • You can heal 2d20 hit points as a bonus action
  • You gain an additional 50 temporary hit points
  • You gain an additional 3d8 fire damage to all attacks

Once you use this feature three times, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
