Base Class: Fighter
All of us are different in various ways we all differ in personality appearance and especially souls a warrior who practices and has a special soul of fire can gain this power though souls of fire tend to be rare and just maybe you just might have one.
flame adept
At 3rd level you gain spell casting but can only learn and use fire based spells any other spells you attempt to cast will always fail your casting modifier is charisma
you get access to your spells of each level at the levels a sorcerer would so for example you would not be able to cast meteor swarm while you are at a low level
your magic is powered by your soul so using it to much can and will over exert you
you can cast cantrips infinitely
you can only cast spells of first level or higher a number of times = to your proficiency bonus per long rest at 7th level you can add your charisma modifier to the amount of spells you can cast before risking exhaustion at 10th you can add your strength mod as well at 15th you can add your wisdom mod as well
if you attempt to cast a spell more times than your proficiency (+modifier depending on player level) bonus roll a constitution saving throw the dc= 10 + your charisma modifier and constitution modifier if you succeed the save you can cast the spell as normal if you fail you gain 1d4 levels of exhaustion
you gain resistance to fire damage if you don't already have it. at 15th level your fire resistance is replaced by fire immunity.
burning determination
the power of your soul of fire has become know to the people around you and many others granting your soul an immense determination to survive any blow
At 7th level if you are above 90% hp round down you can not die in one hit and you resist the damage at 1hp at 10th its 75% and at 15th its 50% you also gain
Additional feature Phoenix restoration: Phoenix restoration heals the user or a creature of the users choice by 1d8+charisma+constitution by engulfing the target or user in healing flames if this is used on a plant based organism that isn't immune to fire it will instead damage or incinerate the organism (determined by the dm) you may use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus + charisma modifier per long or short rest Minimum of 1 use this ability replaces second wind.
Phoenix restoration can only be used on creatures under 50% of its maximum health (including the user) at 10th level it becomes 2d8+ constitution and charisma modifiers at 15th level it becomes 3d8+ constitution and charisma modifiers at 18th level it becomes 5d8+constitution and charisma modifiers.
Fire within
you learn how to enhance your offensive capabilities at the cost or your defensive capabilities by focusing your souls power on offense over defense
when you activate this ability it lasts for 3 rounds you can activate this ability 3 times per long or short rest
once activated any fire damage you deal or take will be doubled during the duration of this ability
you gain the ability to bypass enemy fire resistance or immunities hitting them for full amount of doubled fire damage you would deal
However, enemies are also able to bypass your fire resistance or immunity and hit you for the same doubled fire damage you would deal to them.
Strength of Flame
you have gained an even greater understanding of the phoenix soul you posses granting you even greater abilities
at 15th level you gain the ability to enhance your melee or ranged attacks with additional fire damage any attack you successfully hit with a weapon now deals an additional 2d10 fire damage and lights the creature that was hit on fire a creature that is on fire takes 1d4 fire damage at the end of their turn unless the fire is put out if the creature is doused in something flammable than the fire damage instead becomes 2d8 at the end of their turn they can attempt to put the fire out with a constitution saving throw the dc=8+ your strength con and charisma modifiers or they can put out the fire by jumping into water or dowsing themself in water.
Phoenix Mastery
When you hit level 18 you burst into flames for a short amount of time when this fire dissipates you have truly mastered the power of your phoenix soul thus granting you even further ability to tap into its power, you gain a pair of wings made from fire You gain a flight speed of 200 ft (if you already have wings your wings are not replaced but look singed and you add the additional flight speed to your normal wings) you can use them whenever you want but your flight speed is halved when wearing heavy armor
your now always under positive effects of Fire within normally
should you activate the fire within ability it works them same as before but fire damage you deal is quadrupled instead of doubled during the duration of the ability but you still gain the normal negative effects
You can now double or half the area of effect for your area effect spells if you want to
