Philosophy of the Nothing Void: Adherents of the Way of the Nothing Void perceive the Nothing Void as a boundless source of tranquility—a realm of serene emptiness where the essence of existence achieves perfect harmony. Their philosophy centers on the pursuit of absolute enlightenment, a journey that transcends the limitations of worldly concerns. They seek to connect with the profound stillness that lies at the heart of the universe, an abyss of tranquility that permeates all aspects of existence.

Their quest for enlightenment is reflected in their measured words, deliberate movements, and a commitment to nonviolence whenever possible.

Appearance and Style: Practitioners of the Way of the Nothing Void often wear simple, unadorned robes that signify their detachment from worldly possessions. In combat, their movements are fluid, graceful, and deliberate, echoing the peaceful rhythm of the Nothing Void. Their strikes are focused, embodying the principle that true strength lies in harmony rather than conflict.

Nothing Void Technique, Form 1: Empty Waters

At 3rd level, when you choose this monastic tradition, you gain proficiency in the Insight skill. Additionally, your training in the Nothing Void Technique allows you to enter a state of emptiness during combat. As a bonus action, you can center yourself, entering a meditative stance that lasts for 1 minute. While in this state, you gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and you can move through the space of other creatures as if it were difficult terrain. Additionally, you can spend a Ki Point to phase through an attack of any kind, negating all effect it would have. This meditative stance ends if you are incapacitated or knocked prone.

Nothing Void Technique, Form 2: Changing Skies

At 6th level, you gain advantage on wisdom throws. Additionally, you gain Ki Actions that can be used by spending Ki Points:

Stance Of The Mountain Air: Spend two Ki Points to, as a reaction, absorb an opponents attack through the power of the ethereal nothingness you control, gaining hit points equal to the damage the attack would have dealt.
Nothingness: Spend a Ki Point to allow you and 3 other creatures of your choice to become ethereal for a round as a bonus action. (Can be ended early)
Cleansed Soul: As an action, spend a Ki Point to heal 1d10 + Your monk level hit points

Ephemeral Hand

At 6th level, you unlock the Ephemeral Hand Technique. Through profound mastery of the tranquil arts, your strikes become infused with the ethereal essence of the Nothing Void, enabling you to deliver blows that transcend the physical and venture into the metaphysical. As you unleash your martial prowess, a subtle yet potent force accompanies your attacks, leaving an indelible mark on both the material and spiritual realms. Your unarmed strikes and monk weapons deal an additional 1d8 Force Damage 

At higher levels: At level 6, your unarmed strikes and monk weapons deal 2d8 additional force damage. At level 9, your unarmed strikes and monk weapons deal an additional 3d8 force damage and at Level 13 your unarmed strikes deal an additional 4d8 force damage

Nothing Void Technique, Form 3: Abyss

At 6th level, your mastery of the Way of the Nothing Void extends beyond your own being, radiating an Aura Of Stillness that brings tranquility to the surrounding chaos. While you are conscious, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you gain the following benefits:

  1. Calm Presence: Creatures within the aura have immunity against being frightened or charmed. Your very presence exudes an air of serenity that bolsters the resolve of those around you.

  2. Restorative Harmony: At the start of each of their turns, creatures within the aura regain hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier if they have at least 1 hit point. The harmonious energy flowing from you acts as a healing frequency, soothing wounds and revitalizing spirits.

  3. Ethereal Calmness: The aura extends an ethereal calmness, granting creatures within it advantage on Dexterity saving throws. The heightened awareness and connection to the Nothing Void allow those within the aura to deftly evade threats.

Nothing Void Technique, Form 4: Gentle Oblivion

Beginning at 11th level, During a long or short rest, you and 3 willing friendly creatures can enter a deep meditation to focus on your inner thoughts and empty your soul of grievances. This will give you and whoever participates advantage on their next roll and inspiration

The Art Of Nothing

At 17th level, you gain the ability to enter a pure, enlightened state in which your body acts subconciously with an ephemeral aura surrounding you. You gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

You have advantage on all throws
Your unarmed strikes deal an additional d6 equal to your monk level
You gain temporary HP equal to your monk level + your current HP
