Monks who follow the Way of the Storm Dragon spent their lives high in the mountains, learning how to move as fast as lightning, and their fists faster.

Storm Dragon's Fist

At 3rd level, you learn to augment you Flurry of Blows class feature. You can now use Flurry of Blows without needing to take the attack action and when you use Flurry Blows you can empower it in 1 of 3 ways, each lasting until the end of your next turn.

 - Storm Dragon's Speed:  Your attacks are made with advantage. If you already have advantage from another source, you can roll an additional d20 and replace the smallest dice
 - Storm Dragon's Power:  If two attacks hit the target during your turn, the target must succeed on a CON saving throw equal to your Monk Saving Throw or be vulnerable to Thunder and Lightning Damage until the end of your next turn.
 - Storm Dragon's Wrath: Your Flurry of Blows attacks become thunder damage and the damage die increases by one (i.e 1d4 becomes 1d6, 1d6 to 1d8, 1d8 to 1d10, 1d10 to 1d12)

Mantle of the Storm Dragon

At 6th level as an action you can spend 2 Ki points to cloak yourself in lightning for 1 min or until you dispel it gaining you enhanced speed and reflexes. This effect can also be dispelled by a dispel magic or counterspell. This effect also fizzles out in antimagic fields.

• You can make an additional unarmed strike with your attack action.
• Your speed increases by 10 ft.
• You gain the ability to run in the air, allowing you to move vertically. If you end your turn not on a non-sturdy surface, you fall at a rate of 60 feet per turn.
  
  
  
  
  

Reach of the Storm Dragon

At 11th level you gain resistance to lightning damage. You can also spend 3 Ki points as an action to cast Lightning Bolt. Targets that fail the saving throw by this Lightning Bolt become marked by your power. You can use your bonus action to spend one ki point and teleport to a marked target and use the Flurry of Blows class feature without expending additional ki points.

While empowered by your Enhanced Storm Dragon's Mantle, this spell becomes Chain Lightning and you gain the ability to expend more Ki points to upcast the spell.

Armor of the Storm Dragon

At 17th level as an action you can spend 4 Ki points to Activate an enhanced version of the Mantle of the Storm Dragon. You have all the abilities listed from the original ability plus a few additional ones.

• Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d8 Lightning damage. 
• You gain reactions equal to half of you Wisdom Modifier rounded down
• If a creature hits you with a melee attack you can use a reaction to make an unarmed strike against it.
