Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks who follow the Way of the Four Winds emulate howling gales and timid gusts alike.  They are swift and brave, and often find themselves in adventuring parties.  Wherever the wind blows, a monk follows.

Azure Dragon of the East

Guided by the heavenly eastern winds, you learn to let go of your earthly tethers.  At the 3rd level, you are able to fly when your speed is 60 or higher.  Additionally, you can spend 1 ki point to double your movement speed until your next turn.

Scarlet Crane of the South

You are filled with the vigor of the southern winds.  At 6th level, you gain resistance to fire damage.  Additionally, whenever you successfully make an unarmed attack or attack with a monk weapon, you may expend a Ki point to deal additional fire damage equal to your martial arts die.

Silver Tiger of the West

Riding the fury of the west winds, you threaten even the cowards who think themselves safe, far from your reach.  Starting at the 11th level, whenever you deflect a missile, you may have a gust of wind carry you with it.  If that missile hits a creature, you may make an unarmed attack against it, except you deal lightning damage instead of your normal unarmed damage type.

Black Tortoise of the North

Few are so resolute as to stand against the snapping cold of the north winds.  At 17th level, you may, as a reaction, expend up to 5 Ki points to blast a creature you can see with a gust of icy wind and attempt to counter a spell, (1d20 + Ki points spent + WIS) against the spell's level (10 + Spell Slot Level).
