Way of the Anti-Mage

You have studied the ways of magic because you hate it and want to rid the world of it. You have learned to manipulate the weave to counter it.

Anti-Magic Arts

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action/reaction, you can spend 2 ki points to cast shield, detect magic, andsilence, counterspell at 5th level and can cast it spending ki points equal to the level you wish to cast it, without providing material components. Additionally, you gain the shocking grasp cantrip if you don’t already know it.

Mana Burn

At 6th level, you gain the ability to burn magic users spell slots, when you make an attack against a magic user you can force them to make a Constitution saving throw and you burn your {{proficiency}} bonus in spell slot levels.

Mage Slayer

You gain the Mage Slayer feat, and can spend an additional reaction costing 1 ki point per reaction every time a mage within your reach provokes the Mage Slayer feat, or to cast counterspell

Master of Counterspell

You can now cast counterspell at 3rd level for free spending an additional ki point per spell level to cast it at higher, however when you cast it you can spend an additional 3 ki points to attempt to steal the spell you are countering and cast it spending ki points equal to the spell level at will for 8 hours, and the caster can't cast the spell for those 8 hours.
