Base Class: Monk
Each Spirit give you a unique stance that you can use in combat to do some prette neat things.
Spirit Stances
- Snake stance: you gain expertise in unarmed attacks.
- Monkey stance: you can add your proficiency bonus to your unarmored defence.
- Crane stance: your unarmed strikes gains reach.
- Ox stance: you gain 5+ you wisdom modifier as temporary health when you enter the stance and can’t be knocked prone. You can use 1 ki point to refresh your temporary health.
- Tiger stance: you double the damage modifier to your unarmed attacks, but your ac is reduced by 2.
The Spirits Way
- Snake’s bite: if you hit with two unarmed attacks due to flurry of blow, then the target creature can’t take reactions until the end of your next turn.
- Monkey’s dance: if you use your Patient Defence while in this stance and a creature misses you with a melee attack; you can as a reaction make an unarmed strike against that creature.
- Flying Crane: if you use Step of the Wind you gain both the disengage and the dash as part of the same bonus action.
- Oxrush: if you move at least 10ft. and do an attack and it hits, you can as a bonus action to force the target to make a strength saving throw, if it fails the target is knocked prone.
- Tiger Strike: if you hit with your Flurry of blows attack, the target must make a constitution saving throw or be knocked 10ft. backwards.

One with the Spirit
At 11th Level you gain ability to regain ki points by not fighting for 1 hour or during a stressful situation. You can also change into a stance if it's the first thing you do in combat, then it cost no action.
Spirits Wrath
- Snake’s Venom:if you successfully hit a creature with an unarmed strike, the next unarmed strike will be a guaranteed hit. An automatic strike doesn't trigger this effect.
- Monkey’s tail: if you successfully hit a creature with an unarmed strike you can force the target to take a strength saving throw, if it fails the target is disarmed and the weapon lands next to their feets.
- Crane’s hash winds: the next attacks you make after you use step of the wind, increases your reach to 30ft. until the end of your turn.
- Oxfort: all creatures within 30ft. of you must make a wisdom saving throw, if it fails, the creatures can’t move further away from you, if you get striked by a melee attack the target takes half the damage, if the weapon wasn’t magical.
- Tiger Pounce: after you successfully knocked someone back with your flurry of blows, you can spend 1 ki point to jump to the target and use one more unarmed strike, you can continuously do this to either you miss or the target isn’t knocked back.
