Base Class: Barbarian
Something has caused you to be met with an untimely death, and yet you came back, and now your body has become a vessel for your souls will and the rage dwelling deep inside you which manifests as some sign of necrosis in your body
Signs of necrosis
- Your eye falls out of its socket on occasions
- Your skin is pale and devoid of color
- your eyes are glossy and dead
- stitches connect multiple parts of your body
- The weapon, or parts of it, that killed you stays in your body
- you bleed a deep black tar
Undead restoration
When taking a short rest, you can heal to max health instead of rolling hit dice
Power from pain
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, as a bonus action you can damage your own body using a one handed weapon that is currently in your possession, gaining a bonus to a skill check or attack of your choice starting at +1 with the bonus increasing by +1 for every 5 points of damage you take. (Ex: if you take 4 damage from this feature you will have a +1 to your next roll, and if you take 6 you will have a +2) You have disadvantage on the damage roll if the weapon you are using doesn’t have the light property.
this feature is not affected by any external damage bonuses and only takes in to account the base damage of the weapon you are using. (Ex: if you add searing smite to the attack from this feature, it does not increase the bonuses from this feature even if it increases the amount of damage dealt)
Undead perseverance
As a reaction, while raging, you can gain the benefits of power through pain from damage you take as long as the damage taken is from a weapon or unarmed attack. When gaining bonuses from this feature, the attack can be any melee or ranged attack but only takes into account the base damage of the weapon or attack.
Immortal coil
Beginning at 10th level, you gain resistance to necrotic damage and as an action, you can remove a body part from your body without taking damage and can control the disconnected body parts and still use them as normal. (Ex: if you were to remove an eye, you can see through it as normal) When taking a short or long rest all removed body parts turn to dust and are brought back to their place on your body.
Necromantic fury
Starting at 14th level, while raging, your rage bonus deals necrotic damage and ignores resistance to necrotic damage and treats immunity as resistance.
