Base Class: Monk
Super Saiyan
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to tap into your Saiyan heritage and unleash your true power through transformation. As a bonus action, you can enter a state called Super Saiyan. Your hair gains a golden hue and your eyes turn a bright blue. An aura of golden energy surrounds you. While transformed, you gain the following benefits:
- Your Dexterity score increases by 2 (this can go beyond 20), and your movement speed increases by 10 feet.
- Your unarmed strikes deal additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
- You gain temporary hit points equal to your monk level + your Wisdom modifier at the start of each of your turns.
- You emit a bright light around you in a 5 foot radius.
Your transformation lasts for 1 minute, and you can end it early as a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Transcendent Strike
Starting at 6th level, your strikes become infused with the power of your Saiyan transformation. Once per turn when you hit a target with an unarmed strike while transformed, you can choose to deal extra damage equal to your Martial Arts die. Additionally, your unarmed strikes count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
Ascended Super Saiyan
At 11th level, you gain the ability to push your Saiyan transformation beyond its limits for a brief moment. As a bonus action, you can expend 3 ki points to enter an Ascended Super Saiyan state. While in this state, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- Your unarmed strikes score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.
This state lasts for 1 minute or until you end it early as a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Ultimate Ascended Saiyan
At 17th level, you achieve the pinnacle of Saiyan power, transcending mortal limits. As a bonus action, you can enter your Ultimate Ascension. While in this form, you gain the following benefits:
- Your Dexterity score increases by an additional 4 (this can go beyond 20), and your movement speed increases by an additional 20 feet.
- Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 2d8 force damage.
- You gain resistance to all damage types.
- You emit a bright light around you in a 5 foot radius.
This state lasts for 1 minute, and you can end it early as a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Ki Wave Cannon
At 11th level, you learn to project your ki outward as a lethal weapon. As an action, you can spend 4 ki points to unleash a blast of ki energy in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC (wisdom), taking 6d8 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases by 1d8 for each additional ki point spent on this ability beyond the initial 4.
