Bard
Base Class: Bard

Sticks and Stone may break my bones but words will never hurt me. No one who knows who a member of this Bardic College would say that to them. These Bards know how to use the spoken word as a weapon. Often seen as comedians, and jokesters, these bards are generally welcome to any community or gathering due to their variety of jokes and their overall jovial nature. That is until their humor angers too many of the wrong individuals causing them to have to find a new venue. Although, anyone who crosses a bard of this college might find themselves at the butt end of an endless slue of various jokes, insults and vulgar comments...often to lethal effect.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join this college at 3rd level you gain proficiency in two charisma based skills of your choice.

Sticks and Stones

When taking this subclass at 3rd level, you learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip if you didn't already know it. This does not count towards your number of Bard Cantrips. The damage die of Vicious Mockery becomes equal to your Bardic Inspiration die.

Empowered Enchantment

Starting at 6th level, whenever casting an enchantment spell that requires verbal components you may use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the saving throw. In addition, any time you cast an enchantment spell with verbal components on a creature that induces a condition, or otherwise affects them negatively, they take additional psychic damage equal to your charisma modifier initially and for each turn they retain this condition.

To All it may Concern

At 14th level you may target a number of creatures with your verbal enchantment spells equal to your charisma bonus. As well, when a creature succeeds in its saving throw against a damaging spell they take half the damage but suffers no additional effect.
