Base Class: Barbarian
The Thor subclass. You get the idea
Thunder's Roar
At level 3, you gain resistance to thunder and lightning damage.
When raging you gain the following benefits.
- The first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes extra damage equal to 1d8 + half your barbarian level. The extra damage is Lightning. This damage ignores resistance.
- You gain a flying speed equal to 5x your proficiency bonus + 5.
- You can dash as a bonus action
Weapon Binding
At 6th level, you learn a ritual that creates a magical bond between yourself and one weapon. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. The weapon must be within your reach throughout the ritual, at the conclusion of which you touch the weapon and forge the bond.
Once you have bonded a weapon to yourself, you can’t be disarmed of that weapon willingly, unless you are incapacitated. If it is on the same plane of existence, you can recall that weapon as a bonus action on your turn, causing it to fly into your hand, breaking through objects if they are any in its path. it will take the most direct path to you in a straight line.
In addition the weapon:
- Deals force damage equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1) to anything in its path when being recalled.
- The weapon gains the thrown property, landing behind the enemy, regardless if it hits or not. Must not be a heavy weapon.
- Cannot be wielded by another creature, unless they have a strength score greater or equal to yours.
Death From Above
At 10th level, you learn to strike from above. When falling, you can make a weapon attack to a creature below you. You transfer all fall damage to the target, in addition you suffer no effects from the fall if you successfully hit the target. In addition, if you fall more than 20ft, enemies within 10ft of the impact take 2d8 thunder damage (including the target), regardless if you hit a target or not. If your fall was greater than 30ft, the target must succeed a STR saving throw or be knocked prone.
In addition, you can cast Lightning Bolt equal to you Intelligence modifier (minimum 1) at 3rd level. The spell uses STR as your spellcasting ability. This effect resets every long rest.
Lightning Strike
At level 14, your rage is a veracious storm. When you rage, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your WIS modifier (minimum of 1) within 60ft. Lightning strikes from above causing 2d12 lightning + 2d12 thunder (ignores resistance). Creature within 10ft of you, when enacting this effect, must succeed a CON saving throw. If they fail, they become shocked. When shocked, their movement is halved, they cannot take reactions, and all attacks have advantage against the creature(s)until the end of your next turn.
You can repeat this effect when you take the attack action once per turn.
