Base Class: Rogue
Bloodletters are Rogues who have embraced the art of close-quarters combat with a brutal and savage finesse. They revel in the thrill of the hunt, using their skills to become deadly assassins who leave a trail of carnage in their wake.
Bloodlust
At 3rd level, you tap into your primal instincts, gaining the ability to harness your inner fury in combat. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can choose to enter a state of Bloodlust as a bonus action. While in this state, you deal an additional 1d6 damage with your melee weapon attacks. Additionally, if you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee weapon attack while in a state of Bloodlust, you regain hit points equal to your Rogue level + your Dexterity modifier.
Bloodied Blade
At 3rd level, your connection to bloodshed and violence infuses your weapons with a malevolent energy. Whenever you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can choose to mark them with your Bloodied Blade. A creature marked in this way takes an additional 1d4 necrotic damage from your melee weapon attacks for the next minute or until they receive magical healing. Additionally, if you reduce a creature to 0 hit points while they are marked by your Bloodied Blade, you regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. Sanguine Strike
Starting at 9th level, you learn to strike with deadly precision, targeting vital areas to cause maximum damage. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can choose to deal additional damage equal to your Sneak Attack damage dice.
Bloodbath
Upon reaching 13th level, you become a whirlwind of destruction in combat. When you enter a state of Bloodlust, you can make one additional melee weapon attack as part of the bonus action used to enter the state. Additionally, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points while in a state of Bloodlust, you can use your reaction to make one melee weapon attack against another creature within your reach.
Master of Carnage
At 17th level, you become a master of death on the battlefield. While you are in a state of Bloodlust, you have advantage on melee weapon attack rolls, and any critical hit you score with a melee weapon attack while in a state of Bloodlust deals maximum damage. Additionally, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee weapon attack while in a state of Bloodlust, you can immediately take another turn after this one.
