Monk
Base Class: Monk

"The smallest rock can alter the flow of a mighty river.”

So states the guiding principle of the monks who follow the Way of Stream and Stone. These monks seek to understand the flow of energies within the body, and leverage that understanding into powerful fighting techniques that can sap an opponent’s strength and rob them of the ability to fight.

Meandering River Style

When you hit a creature with an unarmed or dart attack, it suffers the following effects based on the number of times you have hit it with an unarmed strike or dart since the start of your turn. If there are two options, you choose the first:

Also, if you did not use your Flurry of Blows on your turn, you can expend 1 ki point when you make an attack of opportunity to make two unarmed strikes against the target of your attack of opportunity.

Twisting Channels

At 6th level, you discover the importance of flow in both offense and defense. You can strike multiple pressure points on a foe's body to slow their overall ki circulation. If you hit a creature affected by Parting Dell with a Stunning Strike and it succeeds on its saving throw, it gains 1 level of exhaustion.

Conversely, as an action you can spend 1 ki point and touch a willing creature to ease blockages in its ki. You remove one level of exhaustion from that creature. It is also relieved of one condition that can be ended by the lesser restoration spell. Once a creature benefits from this feature, it can't receive the effects again until it finishes a long rest.

Least Resistance

At 11th level, you can temporarily remove limiters on energy flow within the body. As an action, you can touch a creature and restore one of the following.

Additionally, you can target weak points such that the effects of your attacks can't be evaded, only resisted. If you would force a target of your unarmed strike to make a saving throw, you can change that saving throw to Constitution.

Dam the Flow

At 17th level, a well-placed blow from you can severely disrupt a creature’s ability to act and even temporarily sever one's connection to the Weave or even their deity. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 3 ki points to force the target to make a saving throw of your choice. If it fails, it suffers one of the following effects, based on the chosen ability score:
