Intellectus Wrath

The Intellectus Wrath barbarian is a fearsome adversary, whose intellect is as sharp as their blade, and whose rage burns with the intensity of their disdain for those they perceive as intellectually inferior. With their profound insight and devastating psychic strikes, they are a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, leaving a trail of shattered minds and broken bodies in their wake.

Intellectual Superiority

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in one Intelligence-based skill of your choice, reflecting your dedication to honing your mind even amidst the chaos of battle. Additionally, you can add your Intelligence modifier to either your damage or attack modifier to your melee attacks while raging.

Scornful Rage

Starting at 3rd level, when you enter a rage, you can choose to fuel it with your hatred towards those you deem less intelligent. While raging in this way, you gain advantage on attack rolls against creatures with an Intelligence score lower than yours. Furthermore, if you score a critical hit against such a creature, you deal additional damage equal to your Barbarian level.

Insightful Fury:

Upon reaching 6th level, your deep-seated contempt grants you a remarkable insight into the weaknesses of your foes. While raging, you gain proficiency in Intelligence saving throws, reflecting your ability to anticipate and outmaneuver the actions of those you consider intellectually inferior.

Mind's Wrath

Beginning at 10th level, your rage becomes a conduit for your intellectual disdain, allowing you to unleash devastating strikes against your enemies. Whenever you score a critical hit while raging, you can choose to expend hit dice equal to your proficiency bonus to deal additional psychic damage to the target equal to the total number rolled on those hit dice. Additionally you critically hit on a roll of 18 or higher against creatures who had a turn before you in initiative.

Master of Intellect:

Upon reaching 14th level, your mastery over your own intellect and your profound hatred for those you perceive as lesser combine to grant you unparalleled power on the battlefield. While raging, you gain the benefits of the Mind Blank spell, rendering you immune to any effect that would sense your emotions or read your thoughts, as well as granting you advantage on saving throws against spells and other effects that attempt to directly influence your mind. Additionally, your unarmored defense is increased by your intelligence modifier.
