Bard
Base Class: Bard

The Hellsinger Bard is gifted with a hellish rhythm, keeping in tune with the theme of the nine hells, a constant melody playing in their minds on the field of battle. As they strike on Beat they grow in lethality and in fury. An infernal boon flourishes on the songs and blades of a Hellsinger.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of the Hellsinger at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, martial weapons and firearms.

You may also use weapons that you are proficient with that lack the heavy or two-handed traits as a spell casting focus.

You may also use firearms that you are proficient with as a spell casting focus.

Infernal Rhythm

Also at 3rd level, you start to sync with the infernal tempo, which flows throughout the nine hells. Everytime you succeed a check (to hit, saving throw, etc) add one (1) to a streak counter.

Your Streak is capped at your half your proficiency bonus plus your Charisma Modifier.

You can add your Streak onto any roll, potentially turning a failure into a success.

You may subtract your streak from the roll a creature makes against your spell save DC.

If the roll would have failed without the streak bonus, it doesn't add to the streak counter but also doesn't reset the streak.

You add two (2) to the streak counter if you have a critical success or you are within the nine hells.

You may use your bardic inspiration to save your streak, you may do this an amount of times equal to your Charisma Modifier (minimum of 1)

Should you fail any check, with or without the streak bonus, your streak is reset back to zero (0).

Hitting the Eighth

At 6th level, while maintaining a streak of at least two (2), you can make two attacks with your attack action.

Additionally, while maintaining a streak of at least four (4), you may make a single attack or cast a cantrip as a bonus action.

Blazing Crescendo

At level 14, you begin striking with the very cords of the song itself. Your weapons and spells begin to burn with the accord of the hells.

Whenever you make an attack or cast a damaging spell, you can add your streak to the damage of that attack. The additional damage is considered force damage.
