Base Class: Barbarian
Dull but effective, a barbarian of The Obnoxious Path is just about the worst person you know. But in a good way.
Obnoxious Resilience
At 3rd level, when you choose this path, your rage fuels your ability to shrug off damage. While raging, you gain resistance to all bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. Additionally, you gain resistance to one additional damage type of your choice from the following: force, thunder, radiant, psychic, or necrotic. You have +1 uses of rage per long rest, but your single-minded focus on brute force comes at a cost; you have disadvantage on all Wisdom saving throws.
Furious Headbutt
Starting at 3rd level, you can use your head as a weapon of destruction. When you make an unarmed strike, you can choose to headbutt your target instead. On a hit, the target takes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, and must make a DC13 Strength check or be pushed 5 feet backwards. If you are drunk when you hit with this attack deal an additional 1d6 damage. If you were not already raging, you take 1d4 points of bludgeoning damage, and this attack sends you into a rage.
Obnoxious Presence
At 6th level, your intimidating presence becomes even more unsettling. As an action, you can unleash an obnoxious roar that fills your enemies with dread. All non-allied creatures who can speak at least 1 language, who are within 30 feet of you, and that can see or hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. The range of your roar increases to 60 feet at level 10. You also have disadvantage on all persuasion checks (if you had proficiency or expertise in persuasion from any other means you lose this)
Ceratopsian Characteristics
Starting at 10th level, you can use your headstrong attitude literally. While raging, you can move up to half your speed in a straight line as a bonus action to close the distance between yourself and another creature. If you move at least 10 feet, and finish this movement within 5 feet of another creature, you may perform a Headbutt strike. This is made as an unarmed strike. If you hit, that creature must succeed contested Strength (Athletics) check, or you push it up to 10 feet away from you. Additionally, you gain advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to shove creatures.
Shake out of it
Starting at 10th level, hitting any creature or object a headbutt attack removes the Charmed and Frightened conditions.
Obnoxious Resilience (Improved)
At 14th level, your obnoxious resilience reaches new heights. While raging, you gain resistance force, thunder, radiant, psychic, and necrotic damage, and immunity to the damage type you selected at with Obnoxious Resilience at level 3.

- Obnoxious presence means if you had proficiency or expertise (somehow) in persuasion before, you dont any more. you dont get to change proficiencies, you just lose it. I.e., dont try and be pursuasive if you choose this.
- Shake out of it is missing a word; ...hitting any creature or object *with* a headbutt attack...
