Base Class: Paladin
"The only true freedom is that which is torn from the hands of others, let nothing stand between you and your ambition."
The Order of the Tyrant is as much of an order as it is a loose gathering of like minded individuals. The path of the tyrant draws from those of all backgrounds. Be they corrupt nobles looking for every edge against their political opponents. Ambitious generals looking to grasp power from the ruling class through military might. Petty bandit lords keeping control over their little gang of criminals. Even the downtrodden orphans living in the slums fighting tooth and nail for every scrap may find themselves set upon the path of the tyrant. Those who take the oath of the tyrant hold nothing more sacred than their own ambition, even at the cost of those around them.
TENETS OF THE TYRANT
Though the exact words and strictures of the Oath of the Tyrant vary, those who take this oath share these tenets.
Enter Action With Boldness. Any mistakes you commit through audacity are easily corrected with more audacity.
Conceal Your Intentions. Keep people off-balance and in the dark by never revealing the purpose behind your actions.
Guard Your Reputation with Your Life. Through reputation alone you can intimidate and win, once it slips,
however, you are vulnerable, and will be attacked on all sides.
Court Attention at All Cost. All things are judged from their appearance; what is unseen may be twisted for maximum effect.
Always Take the Credit. Never do yourself what others can do for you.
(These Tenets have been taken, paraphrased from, or modified from Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power)
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Tyrant's Focus. If there are at least 4 enemies within 10 feet from you can use your action to enter a trance-like state of highlighted senses that will , until your next turn, give you +2 to AC and immediately after being attacked you can use your reaction to make a melee attack against the enemy that attacked you in melee. You have unlimited reactions until your next turn.
Tyrant's Mandate. When you activate this skill any ally within 60 feet of you will have an advantage on the next saving throw against fear, confusion, being restrained, paralyzed, dominated as well as any effect that would cause it's movement to be reduced. If no saving throw of such nature is made within a minute after you used the skill the magic fizzles out.

Tyrant's Grasp
By 7th level, your tyrannical presence is difficult to ignore. When you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature is immobilized.
Tyrant's Presence
At 15th level When you or an ally within 10 feet of you fails an ability check or saving throw, you may have them re-roll with a +5 bonus. The second roll must be used. You may use this ability once per short rest.
Tyrant's Aura
At 20th level, you can manifest your tyrannical aura. Using your action, your aura spills out onto the battlefield. For 1 hour, you gain the following benefits:
You impose an aura of menace in a 30-foot radius.
- Allies in your aura gain +1 AC, and +5 bonus to attack rolls.
- The first time any enemy creature enters the aura or starts its turn there during a battle, the creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. Attack rolls against the frightened creature have advantage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
