Base Class: Druid

This small and secretive order works together with good aligned dragons and worship Bahamut. They defeat evil dragons to maintain peace and prepare them selves for the inevitable  rise of Tiamat.

They prepare their bodies for a ritual, where members deemed ready drink dragon blood and make a pact with dragon that has chosen them. The ritual gives them the ability to transform into powerful dragon like hybrid forms.

Draconic Form

Your magical blood lets you to transform into humanoid / dragon hybrid that stands on two legs. Because of your blood and the draconic power inside, this is the only form you can transform into with wild shape.

Actions

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 plus PB to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 plus PB piercing damage.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6).

Elemental Breath. You exhale an elemental blast in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 9+PB Dexterity saving throw, taking PBd10 elemental damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Improved Control

At 3th level, your control over the draconic power has improved and you can speak common while in your draconic form. You also gain advantage on Charisma ( Intimidation ) checks.

Magical Strike

Starting at 6th level, your attacks in draconic form count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Draconic wings

At 10th level, you gain 30 ft. flying speed.

Master of Forms

By 14th level, you have learned to use magic to alter your physical form in more subtle ways. You can cast the alter self spell at will.
