Base Class: Warlock
You have made a pact with a mysterious archemage of ancient times. The pact has granted you a fraction of your Patron’s knowledge, while also bolstering your spellcasting capabilities. The reason they may have given you this pact may include you gathering magical artifacts, learning secrets of the arcane, or just using you as a pawn in their schemes. Beings of this sort may include a powerful Lich, an ancient wizard, or even the momentary god Karsus.
Expanded Spell List
The Ancient Archemage lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Patron's Teachings
At 1st level, you learn two wizard cantrips, these cantrips counts as warlock cantrips, and you gain proficiency in the Arcana skill. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make with the Arcana skill.
Arcane Surge
At 1st level, your patron has granted you some of his arcane power to empower your spells. You have a pool of d6s that you can spend to empower your spells. The number of dice in the pool equals 1 + your warlock level.
The first time you deal damage with a spell, you can empower your spell by spending dice from the pool. The maximum number of dice you can spend at once equals your Charisma modifier (minimum of one die). Roll the dice you spend, add them together, and deal bonus force damage equal to the total.
Your pool regains all expended dice when you finish a long rest.
Selected Studies
Starting at 6th level, you learn two wizard spells of 3rd level or lower. They count as warlock spells for you, but they don’t count against your number of spells known.
Unrestrained Learning
Beginning at 10th level, you have become more ambitious in learning new spells. You learn one 5th level or lower spell from the wizard spell list, and you can cast this spell without expending a spell slot once per long rest. This spell counts as warlock spells to you.
Patron's Secret
Starting at 14th level, you peered into the knowledge of your patron and discovered a great power. You gain 1 additional spell slot and once per day, you can cast a spell of your choice from the warlock or wizard spell list. The spell must be of level for which you can cast, or at the level of Mystic Arcanum known. If the spell isn’t a warlock spell, its counts as a warlock spell when you cast it. You regain use of this feature at the next dawn.

At the moment I do not know of a way to change the limit of spell slots. So what I did for know until there becomes an option to do so, I put an action that allows to cast one spell of 5th level or lower for without expending a spell slot once per short rest.
