Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For many barbarians, mindless violence works well for maiming enemies and spilling blood. The Path of the Experienced allows you to use your rage to think and act quickly, taking account of your the flaws in your foes' fighting style and defenses. Your time on the battlefield has not quelled the fire within your soul, but it has made you more acutely aware of how to use it, and how your experiences may shape your future encounters.

Lock On

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you lock on to a target's fighting style and weaknesses. When you finish an attack against a creature, whether it was successful or not, you lock onto it. Whenever you make an attack against a creature that you are locked on to, you add your Intelligence score to the attack roll and damage. You can only lock on to one creature at any one time, and you lose your lock on a creature when your rage ends.

Thoughtful Rage

Beginning at 6th level, you can use the calmness of the battle to remind yourself of why your fury is so strong. If your rage would end due to not taking damage or making an attack, you can choose to make an Intelligence saving throw (DC 13). On a success, your rage doesn't end.

Better Under Pressure

Beginning at 10th level, you gain a number of Extra Attacks when outnumbered while raging. While raging, you gain Extra Attacks equal to the difference between enemies and allies (including yourself) within 10 feet of you. For instance, if there are 3 enemies within 10 feet of you, but an ally is also within 10 feet of you, you gain one Extra Attack.

Enraged Flurry

Starting at 14th level, you can use your action to make a number of melee weapon attacks equal to your Intelligence modifier against a creature within melee range.

Once you have used this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
