Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

To you, magic is an abomination, and you want to end it's use.

Even if you do not enter the Path of the Purger until 3rd level, consider some event that would make you superstitious of magic or hate it outright, someone with the Hermit background might choose to live in solitude after being cursed by an item or spellcaster, or an Outlander seeking to end the influence of a Necromancer in the wilds they live in,  a Folk Hero who rose up against Demons summoned by a Warlock ruling in their land, even a Sage betrayed by their teacher and out for revenge.

Think about the way to roleplay your character with spellcasters, specially the ones in your party if there are any, always remember that DnD is based on teamplay and cooperation.

Cleansing Rage

When you gain this class feature at 3rd level, you lose the ability to use, attune to, wield and wear magical items or cast spells. If you were attuned to any magical items and had the ability to casts spells before gaining this feature, you lose attunement to those items and forget those spells.

Your very own body now rejects magic, You count as an unwilling creature for the purposes of spells like Thunderstep.

When you first enter your rage and as an action if you willingly end your rage, you end all spells on yourself.

While you are raging, you gain resistance against the damage of spells.

Slayer's Blade

Harvesting the remains of your foes has infused your weapons with magic energy. Beginning at 6th level, your weapon attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to non-magical attacks and damage. They also deal an extra weapon damage die on a hit against a creature with the Spellcasting or the Innate Spellcasting features.

Some ways you can roleplay this feature are using the bones of magical creatures as whetstones or oiling your blade with the blood of mages.

Healthy Mind, Healthy body

At 10th level, when you're forced to make an Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma saving throw, make a constitution saving throw instead.

Spellcarver

Starting at 14th level, you can attempt to counteract an ongoing spell, as if you are casting Dispel Magic, make a strength check against the spell (DC equal to 10 + the spell's level), on a success, you end the spell.
