Base Class: Ranger
Grave robbers inflict rotting with their weapon attacks, effectively weakening their enemies. They are fond of decay, willingly allowing themselves to decompose.
Additional Spells:
You learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown below. Each spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it does not count against the number of ranger spells you know.
3rd: Wrathful Smite
5th: Ray of Enfeeblement
9th: Animate Dead
13th: Blight
17th: Enervation
3rd: Decay
You grow fond of decay, allowing one of your own arms to decay and wither. Your withered arm gains the following benefits:
- Advantage on strength checks made with the arm
- You can use your arm as a melee weapon that you are proficient with, dealing 1d8 necrotic damage on a hit. This damage increases to 1d10 at 11th level. You can choose whether to use your dexterity or strength modifier for the attack and damage rolls.
3rd: Grave Rot
Your weapon and spell attacks inflict decay on creatures they hit. Whenever you strike a creature with a weapon attack, they suffer the following effects:
- Their armor class suffers a -1 penalty
- Their strength, constitution, and dexterity saving throws suffer a -1 penalty
- They suffer a -5 movement speed penalty
The effects can stack up to twice. At the end of the creatures turn, the effect loses one stack.
7th: One Foot in The Grave
When you drop below 1 hit point, you remain standing. However, you continue to make death saving throws as normal. If you have not regenerated hit points and fail your death saves, you fall dead. If you succeed on your death saves, you regain 1 hit point and can remain standing.
You gain resistance to necrotic damage.
11th: Touch of Corruption
When a creature corrupted by your grave rot dies within 60 feet of you, you can use a bonus action to raise the creature up with the stats of a zombie. It takes its turn immediately after yours and is friendly to your and you party for one minute. Zombies created by this feature or any spell cast by you (such as animate dead) gain the following additional benefits:
- Their attacks inflict grave rot
- You can use your wisdom modifier for their attack and damage rolls
You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your wisdom modifier per day.
Additionally, any spells you cast which deal necrotic damage inflict two stacks of grave rot.
15th: Wither
Once per long rest when you hit a creature with your decayed arm, you can drain 1d4+1 dexterity and strength from the target. This affect lasts for 24 hours, unless cured by magic.
15th: Inevitable End
Your grave rot can stack up to three time instead of two times on each target.
