Your innate magic comes from a being made of pure elemental energy. Your lineage is unkown, or rather, it wishes to remain so. many do not understand the reasoning those who descend from this origin have these powers, but even so they do. many have gone into competition with famous bards, though few have managed to outperform them.
Elemental Control
Starting when you choose this origin at 1st level, you can choose to reduce the area/range of a spell by 5ft/half it's range as a reaction if it deals fire, cold, lightning, thunder, or acid damage. you can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.
You also can create harmless shapes from any elemental source you can see. these shapes cannot interact with the environment or other creatures in anyway and will vanish when you stop manipulating or it travels 60ft away from it's source. the source itself cannot vanish in this way.
Naturally Adept
Starting at 1st level, you can manipulate the elements to devastate your adversaries and may choose an elemental adept feat. this feat will be further added upon as class features.
Elemental Mastery
Starting at 6th level, your innate mastery over a specific element is further amplified. You can now choose to spend 2 sorcery points to take the maximum roll for any spell relating to the damage type you've chosen. you may use another metamagic option with it, but the effects do not carry over for a twinned spell.
Magical Service
At 14th level, your control over elemental forces is great. You may cast Conjure Elemental by spending 5 Sorcery Points. you cast it without a duration or material components, but it cannot receive any healing casted this way.
Additionally, your Elemental Adept class feats work on an Elemental summoned this way.
Savant of the Elements
Beginning at 18th level, you may take another Elemental Adept feat. class features will affect this feat as well.
Additionally for both feats gained via this subclass, you may treat any roll of 1 or 2 as a 3 on any damage die
