(Either scientific or supernatural this up to the DM) but you have a strange urge to go deeper. Climbing down the well bathing in its waters as you see skulls bubbling up from the bottom of the well! Several days later you have crafted the shrine to your spring of power! You gain new strength and spells wielding unusual magics!

Now have a touch that can bring death or life, you can create things beyond your imagination commanding the very elements to your whim! While having power that makes you unstoppable! As you hear the whispers in the well.

Mutation Pit

Starting at 6th level,Bathing in the waters is caused you to gain mutations! Unlike those who suffer the effects of mutagenic chemicals, you can turn off your powers and turn them on and off at will! That said, you cannot activate them at the same time! They do not stack or carry! You also gain unique spells and abilities of your own accord! Exclusive to your spring!

Starting at 14th level,Your spring will not let die, now one time upon your death. You can resurrect just like the fabled warrior. Lazarus! Your spring will not make down.
