Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Fortunes disguise a real, tangible power to change fate behind circus-tent theatrics and excessive pomp. Often underestimated due to their somewhat unconventional methods of spellcasting and performing, these bards take a great interest in the continually turning cogs of fate that drive the world around them. Their ability to change fate, and sometimes accurately predict it with the use of arcane tools such as tarot cards and crystal balls, makes them deceptively useful companions and surprisingly dangerous foes.
Tarot Reading
When you choose this college at third level, you gain the ability to perform a Tarot Reading. At a long or short rest, you may perform a tarot reading, either for yourself or another character. The character receiving the reading draws three cards, and gains the corresponding effects until the next Long Rest or Tarot Reading. The available cards and their affects are shown in the following list.
When you reach fourteenth level, the potency of your Tarot Readings increases. When you make a tarot reading, you may now draw 5 cards as opposed to 3. Additionally, you may redraw up to 2 of the cards.
The Fool - Until the next long rest, you gain advantage on saving throws to avoid or end the charmed condition.
The Magician - Until the next long rest, when you fail an intelligence-based skill check, you may choose to approach the situation differently and roll again. This can be done once per check.
The High Priestess - Until the next long rest, you may cast the Charm Person spell once per short rest without the use of material components.

Shift Fortune
You may expend a use of your bardic inspiration to add your bardic inspiration die to an ally's roll when they make an attack, cast a spell or make an ability check. You may do this after the roll has been made but before knowing the outcome.
Entrancement
At sixth level, you have gained the ability to perform brief readings without the use of your tarot cards. You may expend two uses of your bardic inspiration to cast the Divination spell without the use of material components.
