Base Class: Fighter
An exorcist, a profession hyper focused on investigating the supernatural and exterminating any presence of the undead or infernal that plagues the area. in this world however exorcisms have little to no use, especially so when a 10ft brute with no magic practice can show up and beat up ghosts in the same hour, so unfortunately the use of exorcism dwindled down and no one saw any use for it.
That was until over 100 years ago when one lone adventurer picked up old recordings of the lost profession and saw opportunity to form its knowledge into strengthening the basic forms of combat that they had learned, ultimately creating the now widespread book "Art of an Exorcist", which is a practical guide to a fighting style most commonly used with a sword.
Exorcist's ashes
Smearing ash along your weapon to enhance the damaging properties, these ashes are made through special knowledge and you will always have enough. Using a bonus action you can apply 1d4 extra damage to your weapon for 6 seconds. The damage type can be, Radiant, Fire or Poison.
When you get to level 6 the 1d4 changes to a 2d4, and again goes to 3d4 at level 9.
Wraith Stance
The Wraith stance was created mimic the movement and incorporeal feel of how a wraith moves, while not actually being able to walk through walls the quick and soft steps that you apply to your body in this style allow you to move quickly and around people actively stopping you from moving forward .When you enter this stance using an action, your movement speed increases by 10, and you gain the ability to walk and weave your way through enemy spaces. when you are hit for 10 damage or more, you must make a DEX saving throw to regain your stance, the DC is 12 to keep your stance, on a failed save the character is knocked off balance and has to use an action to enter the stance again.
Stance Development
Choose on how you develop your stance, giving the wraith stance additional benefits:
Earth-bound Vigour
When entering Wraith Stance additionally gain + 10 Temporary hit points, this is only active while the wraith stance is active.
Fiendish Vengeance
When entering Wraith Stance additionally gain +3 damage to every melee weapon attack when attacking undead and fiends, this is only active while the wraith stance is active.
Repelling force
When entering Wraith Stance additionally Undead and Fiends are not able to approach you directly, this is only active while the wraith stance is active.
Exorcist's Waking Drug
An Exorcist was expected to be up for days at a time, putting in all their effort, investigating and eliminating any Undead or Fiend that came under there profession, and in the book "art of an Exorcist" there was a recipe for a drug that gave advantages when exhausted, often needed given the circumstances that they worked under, however sometimes people dug a little too deep and forgot to rest even when death was at there door, balancing the effects of the Waking Drug and the effects of not sleeping is a dangerous game.
When resting, you are able to gain 1 point of exhaustion without interfering with the other benefits of resting. These benefits do not negate the bad effects of not sleeping.
when you have 1 points of exhaustion gain Immunity to being frightened.
when you have 2 points of exhaustion gain Immunity to psychic damage.
when you have 3 points of exhaustion gain the ability to add +10 to any intimidation check.
when you have 4 points of exhaustion gain your maximum hit points (before the effects of 5 points) as temporary hit points.
when you have 5 points of exhaustion gain the ability to taunt all creatures within 50 ft towards you if they fail a DC (10 + DEX modifier + WIS modifier) WIS saving throw, while taunted: creatures may only attack you.
Ghastly Vision
when entering combat gain true sight up to 10 ft, this only lasts for 12 seconds (2 rounds).

Trained in mind, body and soul the Art of the Exorcist has trained the user to its finest possible degree, now honed with the knowledge needed to hunt the dead and the unruly, now trained to move fast and act quick like those written in the books, and now empowered to see the truth in the world for when it really counts; the Art of an Exorcist has made you the perfect enemy to the hells and the lost.
Permanently gain advantage against fiends and Undead in every kind of check, be it an attack, persuasion or to resist a spell, as long as these rolls come from interacting and or effects originating from an undead or fiend you gain advantage.
