The Order of the Third Eye is less known that the other blood hunter orders, blood hunters of this order are often confused with mystics and such soothsayers. They have an unnerving knack for seeing things others don't, allowing them to discern many secrets.

Rite of the Oracle

When you join this order at 3rd level, you learn the esoteric rite Rite of the Oracle (detailed below).

Rite of the Oracle. Your rite damage is psychic type. The damage you suffer from activating this rite is halved.

If you hit a Humanoid creature with your Rite of the Oracle, it suffers additional psychic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Upon reaching 11th level, any creature you hit with your Rite of the Oracle suffers this additional psychic damage.

Third Eye

You also gain proficiency in the insight and perception skills, if you don’t already have it. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of these proficiencies.

Eldritch Form

Beginning at 7th level, you can use your bonus action to unleash the eldritch energy within yourself into your eldritch form, glowing purple mist surrounds you and you eyes shine with a horrible fury.

Your transformation lasts for 1 minute. During it, your speed increases by 15 feet, as a bonus action you can teleport up to 30 feet and once per turn you can have one attack or spell deal additional psychic damage to one target. The extra psychic damage equals your level.

Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn.

Each foretelling roll can be used only once. When you finish a long rest, you lose any unused foretelling rolls.
