Base Class: Fighter
The chaos born are a rare but not obscure concept to residents on the material plane. They are people who are imbued with an archaic, ancient form of arcana that is theorized to be believed to be the origin of magic itself. Unlike most spellcasters who invoke the use of standard modern magic, a chaos born must harness their innately unconventional powers in a way that alters aspects of reality. With the populations of their demographics being small, the chaos born still persists to this day but few have managed to fully grasp control over their bending of reality. With the added fact that due to the volatile nature of Chaos' energy having an effect on a mortal's body, many chaos born have been known to die early to the effects of stress it has on the body.
Thus, knowledge on how a chaos born achieves mastery is near unheard of. But those who try have learned this concept first: mastery over the body is key to control chaos. And by learning how to maintain a strong physical form, chaos born who follow the path of the Havoc Knight have learned to release their innate chaotic powers to aid them in their battles against whoever they deem as foes.
Chaotic Well
3rd-level Havoc Knight feature
You have a chaotic power that manifests whenever you engage in battle. You possess a Chaos die, which manifests in the form of a d10. Once per turn, whenever you hit with a weapon that you’re proficient with or an Unarmed Strike and deal damage, the weapon attack deals additional force damage equal to a roll of your Chaos die.
Reality Breach
3rd-level Havoc Knight feature
Your will begins to alter reality when you enter the fray of combat. When you roll initiative, you can use your reaction to roll your Chaos die and determine which of the aspects of reality to breach from the Chaos table below. At the start of your turn, you gain the benefits of the results for 1 minute or until you are unconscious. As a bonus action, you can forgo the additional damage of the Chaos die to roll on the Chaos table and possibly gain a different benefit.
Whenever you decide to use this feature again and roll on the Chaos table, the size of your Chaos die shrinks by one size, for example, your d10 now becomes a d8. If the Chaos die shrinks beyond a d4, you cannot use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest. Once per short rest, your die grows one size larger to a maximum of a d10. On a long rest, you Chaos die resets back to its maximum size.

Unforeseen Favorability
7th-level Havoc Knight feature
You gain the ability to manipulate fate more in your favor. When you fail an ability check, you can roll your Chaos Die and add the number rolled to the ability check, potentially turning it into a success.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier and regain all expended use when you finish a long rest.
Improved Disruption
10th-level Havoc Knight feature
You have reached the final evolution of your control over reality. Your Chaos die increases in size, becoming a d12 and becoming the default maximum size of your die.
In addition, the duration of each Chaos Table result increases up to 10 minutes.
Relentless Mayhem
15th-level Havoc Knight feature
The fierceness of your bending of material is exuded even more so in your fighting prowess. When you deal your Chaos die’s additional force damage, you can add your Fighter level to the total damage of that attack.
In addition, you may ignore the consequence of the result you rolled on the Chaos table.
Calamity Incarnate
18th-level Havoc Knight feature
You enter a state where your very existence supersedes the fabric of the Material Plane. When you use Reality Breach, you can choose to enter your Calamity Form before rolling on the Chaos table.
While in this form, you can use your bonus action to reroll any result you gained as result from the Chaos table without your Chaos die shrinking in size. In addition, you gain immunity to all conditions except invisible, grappled, prone, restrained and unconscious.
This benefit lasts for 10 minutes, regardless of each result’s duration. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
