Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

To be gifted the blessing of the divine is a great responsibility. To steal the blessing of the divine is a great sin.

Much like an Oathbreaker to a Paladin, a Blasphemer cannot truly be called a Cleric. You have gone against everything that it means to be a cleric; such an oath is not broken lightly. Rest assured, your punishment shall befall you in due time.

Domain Spells

Each domain has a list of spells - its domain spells that you gain at the cleric levels noted in the domain description. Once you gain a domain spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day.

If you have a domain spell that doesn’t appear on the cleric spell list, the spell is nonetheless a cleric spell for you.

Cleric Level Spells
1st disguise self, protection from evil and good
3rd arcanist’s magic aura, enthrall
5th major image, magic circle
7th compulsion, freedom of movement
9th dominate person, dispel evil and good

God-Forbidden

When you cast a spell with a casting time of 1 action using a spell slot of 1st level or higher, you can choose to blaspheme against the divine, forcing creatures within 10 feet of yourself to make a Wisdom saving throw. Creatures that fail this save, including yourself, take 2d6 radiant damage as divine retribution rains down upon you. This damage increases by 1d6 for each level of the spell slot used, and cannot be resisted or reduced in any way, but does not cause you to make a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration if you are concentrating on a spell.

In Defiance of God and Man

You can spend your Channel Divinity to take an action while you are affected by an effect that would normally prevent you from doing so. For instance, you could speak while under the effects of the silence spell, or take an action while incapacitated. This does not end the effect, and you continue to suffer any other effects caused by the effect, such as disadvantage on attack rolls while unconscious.

Is That All You Got?

You defy the divine in continuing to cling to existence. While you have less than half your maximum Hit Points, the divine retribution against your God-Forbidden blasphemy deals double damage to creatures other than yourself.

Potent Spellcasting

At 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Iconoclast

You have already assumed the power of the divine without invitation – what’s a little more?

When another creature within 60 feet of you casts a spell that does not affect you, you can use your reaction to be affected by the spell along with any other targets. If the spell had a duration other than Instantaneous, you are affected by the spell for its duration.

Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.

In addition, you can destroy, deface, or otherwise desecrate a holy symbol within your reach as an action. If the holy symbol cost 1000g or more, you must make a DC 10 Wisdom check to successfully destroy it. This DC is increased by 1 for each 1000g the item cost – for instance, a 10000g item would require a DC 19 check to destroy. If you fail to destroy an object, you cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
