Path of the Flame Warden

Barbarians who follow the Path of the Flame Warden are those who have forged a deep connection with the primal power of fire. These warriors harness the burning fury within them to become living embodiments of flame, striking fear into the hearts of their enemies and leaving devastation in their wake.

Fiery Resilience (Level 3)

At the heart of the Path of the Flame Warden lies an unyielding resilience to the elements. Barbarians who walk this path gain an innate resistance to cold damage, their bodies infused with the warmth of flickering flames. This resilience allows them to shrug off the biting chill of icy blasts and endure the harshest of winter's wrath without faltering.

Blazeborne Fury (Level 6)

As Flame Wardens advance along their path, their fiery rage intensifies, empowering them with the ability to manifest the very flames they hold within. Once per long rest, while raging, a Flame Warden can call upon the power of Investiture of Flame, wreathing themselves in roaring fire. In this blazing form, they become living beacons of destruction, their bodies engulfed in radiant flames that sear their foes and illuminate the darkness around them.

Infernal Onslaught (Level 10)

At this pinnacle of their power, Flame Wardens unleash an infernal onslaught upon their enemies. When they enter a rage, they can choose to ignite their weapons with searing flames, infusing each strike with the blistering heat of their fury. With every swing of their blade or crash of their fist, they leave behind trails of fire that scorch the earth and leave their adversaries in ashes.

Inferno's Embrace (Level 14)

Those who reach the apex of the Path of the Flame Warden achieve a state of transcendence, becoming one with the inferno that rages within them. In times of greatest need, they can call upon the full might of their fiery essence, transforming into living conflagrations that consume everything in their path. In this form, they are unstoppable forces of destruction, leaving behind nothing but smoldering ruins and scorched earth in their wake.

Fiery Resilience (Level 3)

You gain resistance to cold damage while raging. This resistance applies whenever you are raging and would take cold damage, reducing the damage you take by half.

Blazeborne Fury (Level 6)
