Base Class: Monk
Once learned from a monk named Alakesh Mariony who had a deep love for his wife who worked for the temple. His love flourished into his training learning to become strong to protect not only him but his loved one. He soon found a unfortunate fate when the temple was raided by a bandit group and taken the life of his wife. His emotional pain grew like a flame which he carried to the bandit camp and burned the heart of the leader with it. As others tried to stop them he held his palms out, emitting a glow that shined on the bandits. They felt the very pain he was feeling for his lose and bowed to their new leader, hoping for forgiveness for their crimes. To this day, those with sorrow in their hearts now used the teachings of Alakesh to forge their own flames of sorrow.
Flame of Sorrow
You are always emitting a small flame in the middle of your chest, although it doesn't burn anything like normal fire. This is a light that shines 10 feet of dim light around you and can never burn out or be extinguished. You can perform two types of actions with the flame by spending one ki point:
Guilt's Burn: You perform a unarmed strike on your opponent and they must roll a wisdom saving throw (10+proficiency bonus+ wisdom modifier) or take 1d4 fire damage per turn for 1 minute. This does nothing if the creature is immune to fire damage.
Empathy's Grace: You hold your palm onto a a creatures body, emitting a glow from your palms. They must roll a wisdom saving throw (10+proficiency bonus+ wisdom modifier) or feel a great empathy towards you, being charmed for 1 minute. this is stopped if the enemy is attacked or someone performs the same wisdom saving throw on the charmed creature to break it.
Prayer of Hope
As a action and the cost of 3 ki points you can go into a state of prayer, sitting and holding you hands over your chest. For as long as 3 turns (if not cancelled early by use of a bonus action) you gain resistances to all damage types except Necrotic, but while in this state you are not able to take actions on your turn. Additionally while in this state, any friendly creatures 40 feet from you get 4d8 of temporary hit points and a +1 to all attack rolls and damage rolls they do until you leave this state. After performing this, you are not able to perform it again until you take a long rest.
Aura of Grace
You invoke the flame within you to cast outwards into your surroundings for 1 minute, once per long rest. If the area 30 feet around you is dark or dim-lighted, it shines like its bright light(but not blinding). Any creature invisible can be seen within the aura. Additionally the aura does 2d8 fire damage to hostile creatures within the aura each turn while they are in the aura, this damage can't be reduced by resistances or are given a saving throw. Meanwhile all friendly creatures in your aura do an extra 1d6 fire damage when performing any non-spell attack while in the aura, this includes any ranged attacks with projectiles leaving the aura.
Destiny's Shift
When you die, you can instead expend 5 ki points and revive with 5d8 hit points recovered. Additionally you form a set of phoenix like wings for 1 minute with a flying speed of 30 feet. While under this form, you are immune to fire damage and all attacks you do will deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage. Once the time has ended, you can't do this again without expending another 5 ki points.
