Unlike usual raging Barbarians, Mahōgical Girls are able to cast spells.
However, you are new to anime therapy, and it requires constant effort to maintain your form as a magical girl. You can cast spells, but you cannot concentrate on spells.

You gain resistance to storm damage when in your Mahōgical Girl form. (Cold, Lightning, Thunder)
Friendship is Magic
At 14th level, no magic is greater than the power of love, friendship, and virginity!
As an action, you may hold hands with an ally while both of you cast spells at the same time.
When you do so, both of you only expend a fragment of the effort needed for spellcasting, and your powers are amplified.
Both of your casted spells are automatically upcasted by one level each, and both of you recover an expended spell slot of a level lower than the one consumed.
