bards from the college of drunkenness, also known as drunken performers, treat social inebriation as an art, jumping into tables, making jokes, and wobbling about as if they were a beholder who was paranoid that their eyes would dissolve if they weren't moving enough. drunken performers have been known to spread their inebriation and are also known for being incredibly lucky.

Bonus Proficiencies

time spent brawling and performing in the tavern has improved your abilities. when you take this as your college at level 3, gain proficiency with improvised weapons, performance and a skill of your choosing. if you already have improvised weapons and/ or performance proficiency, take a skill proficiency of your choosing per proficiency you already have.

battlefield inebriation

also at 3rd level, you learn how to turn drunkenness into a combat art. you no longer need an instrument as an arcane focus, as your gracefulness and style, in spite of being drunk, is inspiring to many. additionally, your unpredictable movements means that ranged attacks gain disadvantage

targeted inebriation

At 6th level, you may expend one inspiration in order to inebriate a targeted creature within 50ft of you that you are aware of. the creature must make a constitution saving throw vs your charisma DC + 8 in order to avoid passing out. if they are successful, they gain disadvantage on their next attack. if they are not successful, they are rendered unconscious.

dumb luck

Starting at 14th level, you may use an inspiration point in order to reverse a roll. for instance, a 4 on a d20 would become a 16, a 2 on a d6 would turn into 4, and a 9 on a d12 would transform into a 3. additionally, whenever you consume a beverage that is considered to be alcoholic, you may roll a d6 in to check for a critical success. upon success, you may choose to either heal 1d4 damage from your character, or restore one (1) inspiration point.
