Flash of Lightning

At 7th level you are capable of moving in a flash like lightning. You have the capability to use your reaction for these options:

If an enemy targets you with an attack and misses, you are able to make an attack roll against him (this attack roll is not subjected to disadvantage if you are using a ranged weapon with enemies within melee range of you). This attack deals Thunder or Lightning damage (your choice) instead of normal weapon damage type.

If you are subjected to an effect that targets an area, you are able to move up to half of your speed. If at the end of this movement you are out of the area of affect then you are unaffected by the triggering effect
