Druid
Base Class: Druid

Druids of the Circle of the Storm harness the raw, chaotic power of storms. They can call upon the winds, rain, and lightning to devastate their foes and protect the natural world.

Circle Spells

Your mystical connection to the storm infuses you with the ability to cast certain spells. At 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to circle spells connected to the tempestuous nature of your circle.

Druid Level Spells

2nd

thunderwave, fog cloud

3rd

gust of wind, shatter

5th

sleet storm, lightning bolt

7th

storm sphere, ice storm

9th

Maelstorm, cone of cold

Stormwarden's Blessing

Starting at 2nd level, you gain the following benefits when the weather is stormy or rainy:

  • Stormborne Flight: You gain a flying speed of 15ft, with which you can hover.
  • One with the Storm: You (including your attacks and spells) are unaffected by the strong winds and the low visibility from such weather conditions
  • Elemental Resilience: You have resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
  • Thunderstrike: As a bonus action, you can channel the storm's energy to strike a point within 40 feet of you. Each creature within a 10-foot radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses after a long rest

Stormcaller

From 2nd level, you gain some control over the wheather: As an action, you can expend one use of your Wild Shape to change the weather in a 1-mile radius around you to stormy or rainy conditions for 1 hour. This area of stormy weather moves with you. You can use an action to revert the weather to the previous conditions, ending the storm or rain.

Tempest's Call

At 6th level, you enhance your control over the storm:
- Thunderstrike Empowerment: The damage for Thunderstrike increases to 3d10.
- Advanced Flight: Your fly speed in stormy or rainy conditions increases to 20ft.
- Storm's Disfavor: Enemies have disadvantage on saving throws against your spells and abilities that deal lightning, thunder, and cold damage while in stormy or rainy weather.

Heart of the Storm

At 10th level, your bond with the storm deepens:
- Thunderstrike Mastery: You can use Thunderstrike regardless of the weather conditions. Additionally, when you use Thunderstrike while in stormy or rainy weather, it doesn't expend a use.
- Tempestuous Aura: You gain the resistances granted by Elemental Resilience irregardless of weather conditions. Additionally, while in stormy or rainy weather, allies within 30 feet of you gain your Elemental Resilience.
- Flight Improvement: Your fly speed in stormy or rainy weather is equal to your walking speed.

Stormlord's Mantle

Upon reaching 14th level, you embody the full wrath of the storm:
- Elemental Immunity: You become immune to lightning and thunder damage.
- Stormlord's Flight: You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, regardless of the weather conditions.
- Storm's Wrath: Enemies have disadvantage on saving throws against your spells and abilites that deal lightning, thunder, or cold damage, irregardless of the weather.
- Lord of Storms: The damage for Thunderstrike increases to 4d10, and the radius increases to 20ft

ASD

Yeah it's just to get a 3rd level feature cuz DNDBeyond won't let me publish it otherwise (which is kinda weird since Wildfire exists?).
