Base Class: Fighter
The Slipstream Knight is a warrior from the future. They travel to the past to fix mistakes that have dire consequences to the future. A rare few Slipstream Knights may also gain unnatural abilities as a consequence of bending the laws of time and space for their needs. Not many know of their existence as they tend to stray from the limelight, acting as unrecognized saviors. Slipstream Knights will do anything to create a better (or in some cases, worse) future for humanity.
Time Dilation
The Slipstream and its effects have begun seeping into your very being. The powers of time and space well up inside of you. You now have limited access over the passage of time.
For an amount equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Long Rest, as a bonus action, you can harness and shift the time around you. For 1 minute, you gain an extra 10 feet of movement speed, you cannot be attacked by opportunity attacks, and you roll with Advantage on all Dexterity Checks and Saving Throws.
Once Time Dilation ends, you are reduced to 0 speed until the beginning of your next turn.
Your control over the Slipstream becomes more attuned over time. At 7th Level, you gain an extra 20 feet of movement speed. At 13th Level, you get Advantage on your first weapon attack after activating Time Dilation.
Foresight
Your knowledge of the future allows you to be well-informed when making potential decisions and dealings.
When rolling an ability check or saving throw, use Foresight to roll an additional 1d12 and add that number to your total. Foresight can be used after a roll but before the DM announces the outcome.
Foresight can be used once per Long Rest, and then twice per Long Rest at Level 10, and finally three times per Long Rest at Level 15.
Knowledge from the Future
Due to being from the future, you have excellent knowledge of everything that has come before your time. You gain expertise in History Checks.
Distortion Strike
You now have enough control over the slipstream of time to exert more battlefield control over your adversaries.
Twice per Long Rest, as an action, you can imbue a portion of the slipstream into the target creature. The creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw or be affected by this feature. Upon being affected by the Distortion Strike, the creature makes all attacks at Disadvantage and can only move half of their movement speed until the end of their next turn.
Rewrite
The Slipstream grows strong in you. Although limited, you now have the power to rewind time to suit your needs. The power to change the outcome of unsavory battles is in the palm of your hand. Never let the enemy get the better of you nor your allies.
Once per Short Rest, as a Reaction, you or any ally you can see can reroll a saving throw and roll that saving throw with Advantage. This feature can only be used after the outcome of the roll has been announced.
Clairvoyance
Your ability to react to any situation becomes much sharper.
You can now add your Proficiency Bonus to your Initiative and permanently gain an extra 10 feet of movement speed.
Master of Time and Space
The Slipstream has nearly enveloped your being and you now have careful control over many aspects of both time and space.
Once per Long Rest, as an Action, you can reverse time for you and any allies within 30 feet, centered on yourself. All creatures affected will be restored to their previous state of being from a choice of either 1, 5, or 10 minutes ago. This includes the HP, spell slots, and conditions (or lack thereof) they were afflicted with at that point in time.
