When you join the College of sketches at third level, you can cast all spells. after 4th level spells and higher take spell level+2 mins to cast. you must have a paintbrush and ink to do this as well. You must have the corresponding symbol in your sketchbook to cast that spell.

sketchbook.

you get a magical sketchbook for spells. simply speak the spell's name and write it's symbol.

painters presence.

you can freely create any sensory effects without using anything. These effects can't do harm but can apply effects when multiple are used(if the DM is okay with it)

painters ingenuity

you can create fireballs and any instantaneous spell below 9th level instantly.
