Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

The Spellslinger uses a mysterious art of turning prepared spells into bullets and using a specialized gun as a spellcasting focus.

Spell Bullets

At 2nd level, when preparing your spells, you may prepare an amount of spells you know into "Spell Bullets." You can create as many Spell Bullets for as many Spell Slots you have available. Your total capacity for Spell Bullets is equal to your total spell slots. Each Spell Bullet you prepare may contain only one spell. This way, you choose not just which spells to cast, but also how many of each spell.

If a spell prepared as a Spell Bullet has the range of "touch, or self," then it's range becomes 30ft/90ft instead, as if it were a bullet shot from a regular pistol.

If a spell from a Spell Bullet is countered via counterspell, or anti-magic field, or any other means, then treat it as a regular bullet that deals 1d8+dex piercing damage to the target. If a Spell Bullet is taken out of an anti-magic field, then the spell immediately goes off as if it were cast then.

Casting Gun

At 2nd level, you may use to your Dexterity modifier instead of Intelligence when casting spells with your "Casting Gun". The "Casting Gun acts as your Spellcasting focus.

Swift Cast Reload

At 6th level, after casting a spell using your Casting Gun, you may quickly fire a cantrip as a bonus action. Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until a short, or long rest.

Spell Sniper

At 10th level, you may cast spells using your Casting Gun at long range without disadvantage. If there isn't a long range for the spell, double the range instead. Spells with a range of touch, or self cast through your Casting Gun are now range 90ft.

Area of effects are still the same.

Lasting Ammo Supply

At 14th level, you have mastered the art of crafting Spell Bullets. Unused Spell Bullets of 5th level , or lower no longer disappear at dawn and they last until used. However, your total capacity for Spell Bullets is now your total spell slots, plus half your Wizard level rounded down.
