Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

You have gained amazing power

Transformation

When you select this class at third level you gain the ability to transform to embody a burning desire for justice, whilst transformed you get access to phenomenal powers. As a bonus action, you can transform a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus for 1 minute.

Heart(s) of Justice

At 3rd level, the magical power thrumming within you echoes with the hopes of everyone who's ever wielded this technique, the fuel of it being your lifeforce. You learn 2 cantrips from the sorcerer, cleric, and warlock spell lists, you use CON as your spellcasting modifier. You learn an additional cantrips at 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th level. Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace up to 3 cantrips at a time.

Your spellcasting DC with these cantrips is equal to: 8 + CON modifier + Proficiency.

Call of Justice

At 3rd level when you transform you let out a battle cry or say a short catchphrase like an incantation, and thanks to your magical powers it allows you to stoke the righteous flames of justice in you allies hearts. As part of your transformation, any allies that are within a 30 ft radius that can see or hear you gain a surge of JUSTICE, making them immune to being frightened and also giving them temporary hit points equal to your fighter level, these effects lasts for up to 30 seconds (5 rounds), increasing up to 1 minute at 10th level.

Magi-Tool of Justice

At 7th level your will power has begun to take on a physical form, allowing you to extend your desire for justice onto your weapons. You perform a one hour ritual on either: one martial weapon that lacks the heavy property, or two weapons that have the light property. During your transformation, you summon your weapon(s) by drawing it from its dimensional space as a free action. Your tool of justice counts as a magical weapon for the purposes of overcoming resistances and counts as an arcane focus for casting spells. This weapon also gains the following effects:

Magical Flourish: Once per turn, when you attack with this weapon you can cast one cantrip that has a casting time of 1 action.

Shiny Shine!: As a bonus action, you can make your tool of justice shine like a star, your tool sheds bright light up to 10 feet and dim light for an additional 10 feet. You can use this effect without being transformed.

Signature Move

At 10th level your tool of justice is starting to become more like an extension of yourself, allowing you to use it to cast spells more effectively. When you attack with your tool of justice, you can forgo any of your attacks to cast a cantrip instead, when you do this the cantrip deals an additional damage die and you can temporarily change the damage type of the spell to either radiant, fire or force damage.

Finishing Move

At 15th level you've become skilled enough in your control of your powers to perform an attack that will (hopefully) end the enemy.

Once per short rest, while transformed, you can make an attack with your tool of justice and on a hit you deal 10d10 radiant damage. After the attack, if the target was not dropped to 0 hp, you lose your transformation, gain a level of exhaustion and cannot transform again on the same round. The exhaustion gained from this ability fizzles away after the end of combat.

At 17th level, the damage increases to 12d10.

Ultimate Hope

At 18th level, you have fully mastered the nascent flames of justice within you and tempered your ideals with the magic of your loved ones. When you transform, you can forgo your call of justice to instead stay transformed until you are knocked unconscious or incapacitated, you learn 3 cantrips from the wizard, druid or bard spell lists, in addition you can add your CON modifier to your spell attack and damage rolls.

Additionally, as an action, you may use one of you Call of Justice uses to transform again, this time into your "Ultimate" form. When in your ultimate form, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, your signature move does not incur exhaustion and you do not lose your transformation regardless of the result of the attack. Your weapon attacks and spells crit on roll of 19 or higher with your tool of justice. You may also use your action to perform an enhanced version of your finishing attack, on a hit you deal an additional 12d10 fire, cold, lightning or force damage (your choice when you attack) with your signature attack.

Your ultimate form lasts 10 minutes and takes up your concentration, using your enhanced finishing attack reduces the time of the transformation in half every time. After you lose you ultimate form, your power acts against you. You are stunned for 1d4 rounds as you wrestle the doubts in your mind.
