Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

Far from the bustle of cities, amid the trees of trackless forests and across wide plains, Rangers keep their unending watch.

Wanderers of the wilderness, Rangers specialize in facing monsters that threaten the world. Rangers learn to track their quarry as a predator does, moving stealthily through the wilds and hiding themselves in brush and rubble.

Thanks to their connection with nature, Rangers can also cast Spells that harness the primal powers of the wilderness. A Ranger’s talents and magic are honed with deadly focus on the task of protecting the world from the ravages of monsters and tyrants.

Way of the Strider

The entire world is your domain and nothing can escape your reach. You now have normal movement on all terrain types regardless of your primarily selected terrain but now have advantage on ability checks, saving throws, and attack rolls while on your primarily selected terrain. Additionally, gain an updated version of Hunter's Mark. Mark of the Quarry functions the same as Hunter's Mark but does not cost a spell slot and is always prepared. It does not require concentration and will still last the entire duration of the spell, level dependent, until it is either dispelled or the target dies.

Scout's Heart

You are able to explore the world even further beyond. You now have a climbing speed and swim speed equal to your walking speed. Your base walking speed is increased by 10ft

Hunter's Prey

Maintain the offensive while taking down beasts and demons alike. On a hit on your turn, once per turn, add 1d8 damage if the creature you are attacking is below their maximum hit points.

Shadow Arrow Barrage

You gain access to the spell Shadow Arrow Barrage and always have it prepared. It does not take up a spell slot to use.
