Those who join the college of Harmony work to spread unity through their art and performances.

Magic of the Voice

You no longer need a musical instrument to cast your spells, instead, you can use your voice as a spell casting focus. However, this necessitates vocal components to all spells, regardless of whether or not the spell calls for it. You can whisper the necessary vocals to cast spells if you must, but must roll a stealth check, difficulty is up to GM discretion, to successfully whisper your spell.

Harmonizing Inspiration

At 3rd level, when expending a use of your Bardic Inspiration,  you can choose to forgo the normal Bardic Inspiration effect to grant the target of your inspiration one stack of Harmonic Resonance.

Harmonic Resonance. When a target gains a stack of Harmonic Resonance, the recipient is filled with hope and harmony. The target can expend their Harmonic Resonance when they damage an enemy to deal additional damage equal to one roll of your Bardic Inspiration die + your Charisma Modifier.

A creature can have, at most, three stacks of Harmonic Resonance. However, a creature can not expend more than one stack of Harmonic Resonance per attack. If a creature gains another stack of Harmonic Resonance while already having three, the Bardic Inspiration takes on its ordinary effect. Stacks of Harmonic Resonance remain until used or until the end of a long rest.

Dual Tone Inspiration

Starting at 6th level, you can now spend two of your Bardic Inspirations with one bonus action. You can spread these out between allies or apply several to a single ally. In addition, whenever an ally knocks out or kills an enemy using a Harmonic Resonance empowered attack, you regain one Bardic Inspiration. 

The amount of Bardic Inspirations that you can expend with a single bonus action increases to 3 at 9th level, 4 at 11th level, and 5 at 13th level.

Soothing Melody

Starting at 6th level, when using your ability Song of Rest, all allies are granted a single stack of Harmonic Resonance. Additionally, you regain all of your Bardic Inspiration die when using Song of Rest, due to the power of Harmony gifting you further determination. 

Harmonic Concerto

Starting at 14th level, you can harness the true power of Harmony, breaking out into a harmonic performance. You can spend an action to start performing, granting the following benefits to all allies within 60ft.

• All allies gain six stacks of Harmonic Resonance
• For the duration of the effect, all allies can expend two stacks of Harmonic Resonance per attack instead of one
• For the duration of the effect, each time that an ally deals at least 30 points of accumulative damage with a single attack or spell, you regain one Bardic Inspiration

This effect requires concentration to keep active and lasts for 3 rounds, or until you loose concentration. You can use this ability once before needing a long rest.
