Base Class: Wizard
Using your sanguine studies as a base, your interest in Necromancy has taken a whole new twist. You arise the dead to make creatures made of blood. This version of Necromancy is at the same time looked down upon as weaker and also forbidden by the Necromancy schools.
Sanguine summons
When you reach 3rd level, you will be able to resurrect any target that has been killed no longer than 2 hours ago. You sap out all the blood of the corpse and create a sanguine mirror image of the passed.
The older the corpse the worse the summon. -2 Max HP for every 30 minutes that passed.
Besides that, the caster also takes 1 dmg every turn, their turn and the (first on initiative order) Sanguine summon's turn.
Hemo Nova
You can sacrifice your Sanguine summon for 1d6 + 1d4 of Force dmg, to a maximum of 3 targets.
Targets hit by the Hemo nova, will gain the debuff: Clotted. This debuff lasts for 2 turns and gives them disadvantage on any attack rolls.
You cannot resurrect the same target nor the entities with the Clotted debuff.
Blood knives
A Blood Necromancer's best weapon is blood, therefore using your own can be smart.
You can choose how much you're willing to sacrifice yourself for power.
You can roll 1d4,1d6,1d8,1d10 or 1d12 to inflict damage upon yourself, you can then roll that same die on your attack rolls. You inflict slashing damage on yourself and the opponent.
Example: You choose 1d12 to inflict damage upon yourself. You roll a 5, you take 5 damage. On your next attack roll you can roll 1d12. You roll a 7, you do 7 slashing damage.
Hemocraft studies
Gain a cantrip.
Rune of Ichor
Upon reaching 11th level, your Rune of Ichor feature lets your pull out crystalized blood in the shape of a rune. (players can customize this rune, to a certain extend, if they want)
This is the Rune of Ichor, sapping their lifeblood away from them.
You have advantage on any opponent scarred with the Rune of Ichor.
They gain the Clotted debuff.
Hemocraftian summons
When resurrecting a target, you can choose between 2 summon types. The one you're used to or the Hemocraftian summon.
They have 1d8 worth of HP, however the caster can add their Constitution modifier x2 on their attack rolls. Which are:
- Crystalized smack [Action]: they harden their fist to crystalized blood and attack with 1d12+2x the casters Constitution modifier.
- Mutilation [Action]: They sharpen their hands to crystalized blood knives and attack with 2d6+2x the casters Constitution modifier.
They have no access to bonus actions.
