Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

From the darkest pits of the arenas, where the roar of the crowd mingles with the scent of blood and sweat, you emerged as a fighter hardened by the brutal life of a slaved gladiator. Torn from your homeland and stripped of your freedom, you were thrust into a life of violence and survival. Your existence was one of relentless combat, where every match could be your last and every opponent a potential killer.

Yet, amid the chaos and cruelty, you discovered your own strength. The arena became your training ground, honing your skills and tempering your spirit. Each victory was a step toward survival, each cheer from the crowd a fleeting taste of triumph in a life otherwise defined by chains.

Your time as a gladiator has left indelible marks upon you, both physically and mentally. The scars you bear tell tales of battles fought and won, and the glint in your eye speaks of a determination to never again be anyone's pawn. Now, free from your chains, you carry with you the lessons learned in the arena: the fierce will to fight, the cunning to outthink your foes, and an unwavering resolve to reclaim your life.

Whether you seek vengeance against those who enslaved you, strive to free others from bondage, or simply yearn to carve out a new destiny for yourself, your past as a slaved gladiator shapes every step of your journey. The world beyond the arena is vast and fraught with dangers, but you face it with the same unyielding spirit that saw you through your darkest days.

3rd Level: Arena Fighter

Your time in the gladiatorial pits has honed your combat skills. You gain proficiency with improvised weapons, and when you use an improvised weapon, you can use your Rage damage bonus with it. Additionally, you can make an additional weapon attack as a bonus action whenever you take the Attack action on your turn

6th Level: Crowd Pleaser

Your performances in the arena have taught you how to engage and manipulate a crowd. When you are raging, you can use a bonus action to attempt to intimidate all creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you. These creatures must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

10th Level: Unyielding Endurance

Your body is accustomed to pushing beyond its limits. When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can make a Constitution saving throw (DC 10 or half the damage taken, whichever is higher). If you succeed, you drop to 1 hit point instead. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once). You regain all uses of this feature when you finish a long rest.

14th Level: Champion of the Arena

Your legendary status as a gladiator has reached its peak. When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you can choose to make an immediate weapon attack against another creature within your reach as part of the same action. Additionally, while raging, you gain resistance to all damage except psychic damage.
