Imposition of Will
Starting at 1st level, when you damage a creature with necrotic or lightning damage, you may force that creature to make a wisdom save or be frightened until the end of their next turn. You may use this a number of times per long rest equal to your Charisma modifier + your warlock level (minimum of 1).
Dominating Influence
Starting at 6th level, you can call on your patron to empower you with command. You can use this feature to give yourself advantage on an Intimidation check.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Unlimited Power
You gain resistance to lightning damage. Additionally, spells you cast ignore resistance to lightning damage.
Blistering Rebuke
Beginning at 14th level, when a creature within 5 feet of you that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to cause the creature to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 1d10 plus your warlock level lightning damage, is pushed back 10 feet, and becomes stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t moved or stunned.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Posted Apr 13, 2020I think that this is a great subclass! However, I think that Blistering Rebuke might be a bit overpowered because of the stunning. If this was something like knocking them prone, I would have said this is a perfectly balanced subclass. The stunning would be way too powerful against a boss. You will probably have a charisma of at least 20 by then and then you can stun the boss FOR FIVE ROUNDS. Other than that, Great Job!
