Base Class: Monk
PREREQUISITE: Powerful Build or Little Giant
Overwhelming Presence
At 3rd level you become a Large creature, but through mastery of your bodily movements, you may fit within a 5 foot square. You also gain a bonus to your AC, equaling half your proficiency bonus (rounded down)
Additionally, after losing an Athletics skill contest to shove or grapple an opponent, you may expend 1 Ki point to reroll your Athletics check. The opponents roll will remain the same, but you can reroll this way an unlimited amount of times. Creatures that are Small or smaller will instantly fail to escape your shove/grapple.
Crippled Crush
At 3rd level, you are trained to immobilize your opponent to minimize resistance. You have advantage when attacking an opponent you are grappling.
Additionally, if you successfully land an unarmed strike against a Prone target, or one that is Grappled by you, you may add your strength and dexterity modifier to the damage roll (in order to gain this damage bonus, you must make the attack roll using your dexterity modifier, rather than strength).
Almighty Toss
At 6th level, the effect of your Shove is amplified:
Your target is forced to move an amount of feet equal to your Strength score + your Dexterity score (rounded down). Double the distance if the creature is willing, or if the creature is Small or smaller (triple if both). A Large creature can only be Shoved this way if it has the Prone condition.
This movement is in a straight line, and stops immediately if the path is interrupted, which will knock the shoved creature prone. If a creature is shoved into a nearby creature, the nearby creature will also fall prone (unless it is two size categories above the thrown creature).
Mountains Balance
By 11th level, your physical domination of the battlefield cannot be matched. When a creature misses you with melee attack, or when they invoke an opportunity attack, you may Grapple or Shove them as a reaction.
Additionally, when you use Patient Defense, you may roll your monk die twice and gain temporary HP equal to the roll. At the same time you may also roll 1 hit die, and gain ki points equal to the roll (no constitution added)
Corpus Cover
At 17th level, you have mastered ducking behind your grappled target. When grappling a creature that is Medium or larger, you are considered to have half-cover (except from the attacks of sed grappled creature). When an attack roll misses you, you may expend 1 ki point to interpose the creature you’re grappling between you and the attack; forcing it to take the damage regardless of its AC.
Additionally, your base movement speed is no longer reduced while you are grappling. A creature you are grappling will instantly fail any Dexterity saving throws.
